My journey with Yoga started in 2012.

While working in the international development field in the Middle East, I was blessed to travel to India and to be introduced to Deo Vasant, and extremely humbel and knowledgeabel Yogi and Yoga teacher. That was a life-changing encounter to me. He was the incarnation of what being established in Yoga means.

I practiced several years under his guidance, going back and forth to him and to recharge in India.

He directed me towards the Satyananda lineage of Yoga and told me that I should be teaching Yoga in the future. He sadly passed away in the summer of 2016.

Since then, I continued my learning with many wonderful teachers in London: Katyayani, Swami Nirmal, Swami Pragyamurti and Brahmananda, all within the Bihar School of Yoga lineage. Moving to France, I also learned with Swami Yogabhakti - Micheline Flak.

In 2022 I completed a certification in teaching Yoga Nidra in the traditionnal Satyananda with Swami Nirmal.

While grateful of all the knowledge and approach of the Satyanda school of Yoga, I then turned to the Kaivalyadhama Yoga research Institute in India in 2023. This allowed me to focus on a more textual approach and go deeper into Patanjali’s teachings. I hold an instructor certification from this institute.

My classes are therefore a mix of these two traditional lineages. I teach the practices that resonate with me the most and that allows to expand our awareness.
